The picture I post on FB has some sort of ego satisfaction inbuilt.Views and upvotes on my answer (I may deny it publicly or others may also rule out) do feed my ego (In a very minute amount as I follow principles of Osho for long that ‘nothing is permanent’.).
It may not always feed my ego but it does trigger certain pleasure or reward neurons in my brain.
