  1. For mind : Meditation or no mind state. I follow Osho’s ‘no mind’ meditation and find it as the best thing happened to me. ‘No mind’ meditation essentially means dropping all your worries, thoughts, memories, constant chit-chat (monkey mind) , all for just one hour a day. It clears you mind and can act as a great stress buster. Osho recommends 24 hours of this super conscious state of mind.
  2. For body Physical exercise.Physical exercise is another great virtue of life to be bestowed with. You live in your body and shall continue to live their for next few decades. Body is second most important entity after your mind. No amount of money can give you your lost health back later.Exercise is meditation of body.

  3. For life : I follow Bhagwat Geeta over here. Focus on your prime job. Whatever I do, I do it with full heart and rapt attention. I never worry or care about the results. My work is my reward. Everything else is illusion created by mind.

After knowing about lord Krishna and his stature, Arjun was perplexed. He asked ‘Lord you are god, you eventually own everything, you have magic powers, you and do anything and get everything at the snap of a finger, still you do all the work yourself like a common man. Why?

Do your job well and move to next one without worrying about outcome. Karma (work) is out virtue, Fala (result) is in not under our direct control.

After knowing about lord Krishna and his stature, Arjun was perplexed. He asked ‘Lord you are god, you eventually own everything, you have magic powers, you and do anything and get everything at the snap of a finger, still you do all the work yourself like a common man. Why?

Lord replied ‘I do the Karma so that people understand that even god has to do ‘Karma’. Everyone must realise the power of work.

What are some turning points in life that give us life lessons?
