I recently shifted my house and I did not have broadband activated for some time. I was depending solely on jio-fi for all my broadband needs. Now speed was top notch and I was having good time except for the fact the battery life was poor. In one two hours (with 2–3 connections), jio would go dead. Then I have to plug it in the charging point and the reception quality will suffer (since all mobiles work very well from balcony in high rise apartments).

I was bored from plugging the jio in the charger every hour or so.

After some thought I to use one simple hack. I had one unused power back up. Just plugged the power back up in jio and yes got 7–8 hours of continuous surfing.

This is not a hack but common sense and many people may think of it on their own. Anyhow common sense is not common!!
