High EQ people have one disturbing quality which is both boon as well as bane.Before I explain further let me list a few qualities of high EQ people.

  1. Empathetic : High EQ people can literally feel your emotions in them selves.Usually women are highly empathetic as they have to carry a child in themselves for nine months and also are usually pivotal for family structure.
  2. Emotional : High EQ people are emotional to the core. Surprisingly they are also masters in hiding emotions.
  3. Romantic : Yes romance is emotion in action. High EQ people fall in love more often than not with many people. They have more micro crushes than any one else.
  4. Understanding : HEQ people understand the context along with direct words.If your girl friend says ‘Ohh she is nice’ … by the way she says it,looks at you and her body language,you can make out whether she is jealous or purely appreciative.
  5. Masters of picking micro expressions : HEQ people can pick minute changes with tone of voice or facial expressions. Greatest draw back with HEQ people have is ‘pro activity’. They understand your point of view and react with out mind games!

Suppose you are angry with a high EQ person.He will understand your point of view,understand his mistake and will rectify it mentally. He will behave normally with you as if nothing happened. But to you he is ‘needy’ and ‘lacks spine’! You expect him to be angry with you in return or play some tantrums!

HEQ person react from heart while HIQ people react from mind. We want mind games because we love to play them our selves,since we are nothing but our ‘ego’.

Sadly enough, the greatest strength of a HEQ person is his greatest weakness as well.
