Initially my resume was more of a bio data since I had nothing more to share.

My academic qualifications, hobbies, personal details etc.

Later I realised that employer wants to hear about my offering to his company and not what I am. Soon I changed my resume to descriptive one. I focussed more on qualities than on qualifications. I highlighted the facts my qualifications do rather than what they were.

A proper resume is a ‘verb’ and not a ‘noun’.
