When did you last say ‘NO’ in a situation?

1. I would say know if I know I have to do things which I really don’t like.
2. For instance I say no to many assignments of mine, in which
   • I have to work hard with out enjoying my work.
   • I have to compromise my ethics and moral code.
   • I can’t justify the work.
3. In relationships/ friendships
   • If I can’t continue, then no point lingering any one.
   • If she is taking ‘longer than usual’ to act even after clear indication (Mutual), then I have mental and emotional no.

To answer the question, I say no daily to many.
