There are few ways to relieve your mind of bad memories.
- Write them out and reread. Our brains reorganizes thoughts as we reread our selves.
- Talk/chat to a close friend (who understands you) or complete stranger (who knows nothing about you). The idea is to vent out and not to get feelings.BeBe Naked and don’t hide any feelings.
