There are few ways to relieve your mind of bad memories.

  1. Write them out and reread. Our brains reorganizes thoughts as we reread our selves.
  2. Talk/chat to a close friend (who understands you) or complete stranger (who knows nothing about you). The idea is to vent out and not to get feelings.BeBe Naked and don’t hide any feelings.
  3. Rewire your mind by revisiting memories and tweaking them Search google for more info. Rewiring of brain is possible and is known to work in many post traumatic disorders.
